Terms of Service

PollGarden lets you create, share and manage polls. We may add, change or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to create an account. Sign-in is passwordless — keep your email account secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

You agree not to use PollGarden to create or distribute content that is:

• hateful, harassing, or that incites violence;
• sexually explicit or exploitative;
• designed to expose private personal information;
• spam, scams, or malware.

You also agree not to manipulate votes, abuse our systems, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls.

You own the content you create. By creating a public poll you grant PollGarden a license to host, display and distribute it as part of the Service, including in the public feed and share cards. You can delete your content at any time.

Paid plans are billed via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free. EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the digital-content exception once service has begun. The 14-day Pro trial is available once per account. See our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled — we never store card numbers.

On downgrade: existing polls keep working, premium media stays visible but can’t be added, unlisted/private polls remain accessible, and custom templates become read-only.

API access (Premium) is subject to rate limits. Keep your API keys secret; you’re responsible for activity performed with your keys. We may suspend keys that abuse the Service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Public polls are moderated and may be hidden from the feed pending review. If your content is removed and you believe it was a mistake, contact [email protected] to appeal.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PollGarden is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and take effect when you next use the Service. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
